A species which seems to flourish in the dry Silica Flats region as well as the low lands leading up to Peaktown. Avoid eye contact... actually, avoid all contact.

- Oasis Scorp
- Ragetail Scorp
Genetic Information
Scorps have advanced genetic mutations giving them superior strength and toughness. When dealing with these creatures in the field, if confrontation is unavoidable, unleash every bit of weaponry and force that you can muster on these ferocious beasts.
Almost all of the scorpions have a poisonous tail which can inflict severe damage and even stun potential prey. It is rumored that scientists in Peaktown have been able to isolate the genetic keystone which gives the tail its deadly debilitating venom. Consult your local Chemist for more information on the current genetic progress on the scorp's genome.
Recent Sightings
“It was last fall, yeah. So, me and my son were taking a trip out to Solomon's Oasis for a little R&R, you know? So, we're riding in a tour dune transporter when all of the sudden this scorp comes flying out of a gully and attacks the transporter. Can you imagine that? The scorp latches on to one of the tires with his pincher and won't let go. So the transporter driver gets out and starts shooting the scorpion with a bio pistol. Turns out, that made the scorp kinda angry and he had a free claw. So the driver.... well, you don't want to hear that part. Someone else drove the transporter back to base. Needless to say, our vacation was ruined, so I wrote the travel agency back for a full refund.”
